We've had to use Authorized Service through our home warranty. Had a problem with our cooktop; paid the $60 deductible for service; they didn't fix it.
Had to call them again and this time they seemed to have fixed it, but here I am again, 6 months later, paying the deductible again because they only cover parts for 90 days and labor for 30.
Next time I will call a reputable dealer and happily pay $120.00 for a real fix!
