I liked the attention to detail when I took a tour - but the place smelled like a sewer in some parts. The dogs were happy and the yards were nice, so I booked a stay.
When I picked up the staff person looked like a drug abuser - and talked like one. Very rude jokes were said in front of me to other staff - my dog was miserable - just NO WAY!
