My stylist was okay, but the salon is crazy busy, loud and just seemed kind of frantic. I was there a total of 3 hours for cut and color, the stylist was running behind and then I had to wait after my shampoo. It seems like their goal is to get as many people through as they can, rather than focusing on you. Prices are reasonable but unless you like a manic atmosphere I wouldn't recommend.
