At my first appointment, Gino sat down with me and listened to me explain exactly what I wanted. He showed me how short it would be, and I okay'ed it. He gave me great highlights, it was exactly what I wanted!
I started going to Gino because my salon of 7 years started getting more popular, and instead of the service getting better it got worse. My stylist looked at pictures I showed her (of the cut I wanted) for about a split second before hacking away at my hair. Other people were doing the color. I was tired of paying a high price for a cut I didn't want and color by someone else!
Gino is everything I wasn't getting! He listens! He is thorough! The end result is fabulous! I get compliments all the time!
***Be smart. Don't take advice from posters who can't spell or form sentences... or from posters who went back the next day asking for their money back... if you aren't happy with the end result, speak up! If it takes an entire day for you to look in a mirror and decide you aren't happy, call him up and ask for a redo!
Stop tarnishing Gino's rep on this site! He is the king of cut & color.
