Excellent staff, very personable and understanding. open 24 hours, 365 days/year-- I never have to worry I'll ever be stuck with mediocre care with them around the corner. They treated my pet and I very well, and the cost came in below the low estimates of another less-friendly clinic (even though it was still a costly procedure). I will take my pets here on a regular basis, not just for emergency care, and I continue to give them my highest recommendation to all pet owners.
