I ate at the Panini Grill at least once a week when it first opened. Then it fell prey to the, as I like to call it, the Forest Avenue Curse. They have teenage kids waiting on the tables, and I don't ask for much when I dine out - really I don't, but I would have liked to have seen my drink refilled at least once and my desert brought out after my coffee had arrived instead of having my coffee sit there and get cold while I waited for my elusive desert to arrive. When I, very privately, made a complaint to the owner - a very nice man by the way - he said "OK, I know we've been having problems tonight." I chalked it up to a rough night. So, when I returned the next week and was greeted with the same service/different wait staff, I put my foot down and have not returned.
The food is pretty decent, so, I would recommend the take out - but make sure you double check your order before the delivery guy leaves your doorstep! They've been known to 'forget' things.
