They spend time with you in anyway possible and their time frame estimates are right on the money!
If I wasn't WOW'ed - I would not currently have over 10 pairs of new eyeglasses for my daily choice of eyeglass / wardrobe selection of the day.
If I did not feel like welcome'd , it's understable since if you are swamped with clients, they take it one at a time , right on time for pickups .

The staff ad the DR are very accomodating - got selections, insurance is accepted (case to case ) of course, just like being in HEAVEN with Red A. while in the Boston game.

Harold was very informative and helped me decide on an even better purchase -- I didn't think that was possible given the amount of research I had done but seeing is believing. Harold was honest and helpful. His prices were lower than any other (even the internet). Customer service was incredible! I had my tv's delivered as promised with absolutely no problems. When the tv's were delivered there was a miscommunication about one of the specifics but Harold quickly fixed the problem with no hesitation or problems whatsoever. I HIGHLY recommend going to Telecenter! P.S. Sony LCD all the way baby!
Pros: Best price (has price match guarantee too!), great service, knowledgable staff

I like lamps plus for their selection of lighting fixtures. They carry both modern and vintage style lamps and fixtures to cater to all tastes. Although a little disorganized, one can easily find what they are looking for my asking the associates. This store is a very good start if you are looking for fixtures.

This place is a small business that has been around forever. It manages to stay in business though, specializing in only sewing machines and vacuum cleaners. They have a lot of high end German models in the window, and also do repairs on sewing machines that need mending. Yes there are new sewing machines for sale too, as well as sergers and spare parts. I know there are still ladies out there sewing up a storm, because this place never goes out of style.
