i think c2c is a company thats doing the right thing i like most people had windshield damage and did not know about the fl laws a woman from c2c approached me told me about MIKES MOBILE GLASS and told me with comprehensive coverage it would be taken care of i had no idea so i called my agent witch was a friend and he confirmed it so we called my ins company it was done at my work 2 days later the have really good customer service they use a company called pilkington glass when i asked my friend / agent about the glass my insurance comp would use he told me that c2c glass was better quality. i read some of these comments and a lot are from the people that work for the insurance company they know that c2c is costing them a lot of money no other company goes to the people. i read the warranty there has been no leaks i am satisfied with the work and will reccomend them to everyone with windshield damage. i just hope that the people who read these negitive peoples comments can see that every buisness has some idiot customers you cant judge a buisness by what there competition has wrote.I will use mikes mobile glass if i needed there service and i will highly recommend them to every body i know , and they waved my $$50.00 can any one tell me how can i beet that free glass and mobile service ,,, lamboooo more

I hate car repairs, body shops, and all potential swindling opportunities. But the crack in my windshield was not getting any smaller and I had to take care of it. Bill is unbelievably kind and genuine, and they fixed the windshield within a few hours despite the rainstorm. I wouldn't go anywhere else ,,,, THANK YOU MIKES MOBILE GLASS , That was fast and great job,,...... more

Great customer service. Took my car in at the scheduled time, and they got to it right away. I was given my insurance company pricing, half the price of what I was quoted online, even though I wasn't going through them. Their waiting area was clean, the coffee was actually pretty good, and the were stocked with tons of recent magazines. The guys were all very friendly as well. And the only reason I didn't use their mobile service, as I normally would, is that it has been raining constantly for the past week, and they needed to make sure the glass surface was dried completely before repairing. Will definitely use them next time. more

Within two years of installation, the rear view mirror clip fell off the windshield. I'm now getting.. "We are under new management." and unclear if the warranties are being honored. This is after failing to deal with a broken rear view mirror clip during the initial installtion. My Advice - go to your dealership - they are cost competitive with Mobile Glass. more

Mike's Mobile Glass has a friendly service as well as speedy. My BMW needed rock chip repair and they came out and did it for free!!! A month later we needed my husbands right rear window replaced and we called around but they topped off everyone's price. more
