Why is it that when there is a long line in a bank there is only one teller on duty? I am not trying to be generalized here but whenever I go inside this bank, they are SLOW.
The manager just watches it happen and does nothing to make sure we the paying customers are serviced.
I did see account manager take customers from the line and service them. He should he knows what happens to a business that doesn't deliver -- lose customers -- lose business.

I sometimes have to check on other people's checks here to see if money is in the payee's account. The clerks are so helpful and communicate so nicely, like they really care and this makes a big difference in getting through the confusion of a bad check.
Even though I don't have an account with them, the tellers are rooting for me so I can get my money. It's a very cool feeling.

What makes a bank decided to whom it will hire? Why is it that some banks have wonderful tellers while others have robots?
I rather go to the ATM machine for my personal banking because the ATM machine had more personality than these tellers.
I really think it's the person who hires them. They must be one in the same type of person.
The tellers are slow and quiet -- not chatty -- just cold.

i went there for their 10% money market rate. it was on their 10 anniversary. amazing rate, isn't it? plus the staff's service was very good. i mean i don't think their computer is fast enough :P, but i love the attitute they treat me. excellent. i will bank with them again

I rarely go to this bank; only when I have to because I am in the area. The first time I went inside I thought I was going to boil over. It was so hot and stuffy.
I rather go to the ATM which is okay.
PROS: ATM
CONS: Hot -- stuffy -- I need oxygen!

I usually use the ATM machine. But the entrance to the building is a safety net unto itself. Just follow the green light. Don't enter when it's red - makes a mess of everything.
The tellers are nice but the banks design is not geared toward speed, which explains why I use the ATM machine.
PROS: The building is a unique design
CONS: Not fast -- sloooow

I love this drive up ATM Washington Mutual has for this bank. You drive up and deposit or withdrawal.
You don't get out of your car, you just be there and do the work that is needed and drive off.
Its location is across from Arden Fair Mall down toward Mervyn's Parking lot. Pull into Mervyn's and you'll get to this oasis in banking.
I have gone in the bank once or twice. It nice place but the drive up is so much faster.

In and out fast that is what I like in this Americanized cultural of go, go, go.
This Wells Fargo is just that in and out ATM, with easy access no problem getting or giving the money.
You can drive up, jump out and you are back in your car, and away you go.
The only problem is that I don't live close to this ATM, so I hardly use it.
Tip: This Wells Fargo is not easy to see, make sure you got your eyes for the sign.

This bank in the Well Fargo Center has a history display of Wells Fargo is the stage coach and all. Quite entertaining.
Parking is in the main parking lot for the building in general. You have to get your ticket validated if you rather not pay. Just have the clerk give you a sticker.
The staff here are very friendly and want to make sure you are being helped. I like that -- it's nice to experience something like that where these days it a rarity.
