I go here a lot too. I love going to this store. The prices are extremely awesome and the people that work there always take their time out to help you. Great place to shop.
PROS: ice people, good place to shop, prices are great
CONS: lines are too long, needs more people on cash registers.

I was not happy at all when I walked into Paperl Cliips. They charge outstanding prices for simple jobs and they do not allow refunds! This place isn't very convenient and also their work isn't completed very timely. One thing they could use is a more efficient way of doing things, rather than using their old practices.
