When we were out car shopping we visited a dozen dealerships on our Quest (all puns intended) to find a minivan. After getting jerked around by all the other guys, O'Neill was a diamond in the rough. We called ahead and when we showed up our sales rep. had our minivan fueled and ready to test drive. They gave us a fantastic price, excellent service, and didn't make us feel pressured in any way. O'Neill is the best dealership in KC.

When my Pontiac Grand Am started having problems one day... right during the holiday season when I was out of money, I took it into Andy Klein Pontiac to see what was wrong. They called at work a few hours later to tell me the damage and that the cost for repair was going to be $400. I was so shocked that I burst into tears on the phone!
Later on, when I went to pick up my car, I was so surprised to find the bill as less than half the quoted amount. The kind gentlemen at Andy Klein ended up only charging me for parts, not labor. I couldn't believe how nice that was and I made sure to thank everyone and wrote letters to management.
They have always done a great job with my cars and get the job done quick!

Honest and well informed dealers and repairmen. They perform all needed services on your car from oil changes to major repairs and recall assistance. They are reasonable priced and have an endless amount of information on your model of car. All the information on past repairs on your car is stored in their system allowing them to see to better understand what may be wrong with your automobile. Sometimes they even have free hotdogs.

I received information that if I took a test drive of an Acura that I would receive a free gas card. So I went to Superior and I was up front with them that I was not interested in buying a new car and they were very nice about it. They still had me test drive the car as required but they did not pressure me about buying a car. I was very impressed in the way the staff acted toward me and not pushy the way car salesman are usually. Plus the car I drove was nice.

NTB runs great specials on tires. There is no appointment necessary. I can usually get in and back out in a couple of hours. They are located next a bunch of shops, so I usually just leave and walk to Target. They are always very professional and aren't overly pushy with trying to get you to buy the "extras". Great store, super guys!

When I bought my car first thing I do is find a place to tint my car. I found this Auto Glass & Tint shop based on a recomendations from my friend.
After I called to macheck on the price, which is pretty good deal, i send in my car.
At first I thought they did a good job on tinting my car. The next day I spotted there's like buble between the window and the tint. I send my car again and complain. They fixed it right away and i just have to pick it up again in the morning.
It's a good place with a decent price, just make sure when you pick up your car to check on everything.

The service department of Shawnee Mission Hyundai is one of the worst I have ever dealt with. I called ahead to find out what they would charge for a 60,000 mile maintenance visit. On the phone, I was told $1,000, which seemed steep. When I took the car in, I was told $1500, which was just plain outrageous. I asked for a computer print-out of what was included in the $1500, which Tobey, the service consultant, said he could not provide. Instead, he wrote it all down on a piece of notebook paper, which seemed very unprofessional to me and left lots of room for price inflation. I called around to three other Hyundai dealerships who quoted me $800 to $900 for the same maintenance visit.
Pros: Convenient Location
Cons: Not ethical, inflated prices
