Party City is the best place to go when it comes to decorations, but it is the worst place to go money wise. It has a lot of good theme parties and great balloons. Its costumes are great but there are not too many in stock. Party City check out lines are slow and the people are not friendly.

Fast Frame is a framing company on 135th street. They really aren’t that fast at framing. It took them awhile, but they did an all right job. It’s a good thing the prices are cheap. They also offer coupons. I found one in my Church’s bulletin that gave me $40 off my next framing order. So the prices aren’t bad, they are just slow.

Omni takes nice photos, but there are several drawbacks. They are extremely expensive, they don’t have fun backgrounds (for when you take your kids for pictures) and they don’t listen to what you want for the picture. Overall, we were pleased with the end result, but they were just so expensive compared to other photography studios. Just not worth the price, but they are good with the kids.

Walgreens is a national pharmacy chain. It also sells many other stuff like food, gifts, household items, and much more. You can go online and order your prescription and have them delivered! You can also order pictures online. Walgreens has it all. I think you should definitely go online or to the store. It is great.

I went to the Picture People a year ago to have my kids pictures taken and I wasn't overly impressed. I wanted a take charge kind of photographer who knew what she was doing. Instead I got a high school student who took no direction of her own. She was not creative at all and didn't really try with the kids to make them smile. The pictures were OK, but I won't be going back.

Canterbury Prep School is a top rated Johnson County school that offers preschool through 12th grade. They offer a high end curriculum and have lower student/teacher ratios. They are VERY expensive, though. But, I guess you pay for what you get, when it comes to this school. If you can afford it, I recommend it.

THey also offer a free list of area providers for parents who are looking for care. Their resource center is always free.
