I put down 5 stars because i really do believe this store deserves it. I know that the store had a rough patch where some of the employess weren't doing what there jobs required, but it seems as if eveything is under control (maybe thats why the other remarks are bad). The sales people are all nice and not stuck up. The store has a amazing selection of jewelry and the prices are extremely reasonable. The jewler is remarkable, he did a lot of work on my daughters jewelry. Noble House is one of the few jewelry stores I have ever been into that I can tollerate. And the owner is extremely nice and took time to help me pick out my new ring!

This store has books, magazines, maps, coffee shop, music, movies, children's area. They usually have good sale tables. They have gift cards that make excellent gifts. Staff is friendly and helpful. If they are out of stock or do not carry something and it is still available---they will order it for you. You could spend hours in this store :)

I never really have like Best Buys. They always seem to have clueless employees, and horrible Customer Service Reps. This Best Buy though is pretty bad. I went in with my sister the other day to get one item. We knew what it was, and where to find it. We ended being in the store though for 20 minutes. It wasn’t because the long check out lines. It was because the Best Buy employee that was in the cell phone station was to busy helping another person with some problem for 15 minutes. There was a line by the cell phones lining up. All we needed was for her to get the cell phone out of the glass case, but instead a different guy decided to help my sister because she was getting impatient.
The reason I give this Best Buy two stars instead of one is because I shouldn’t let one bad experience shape my point-of-view.
