One of the main problems with real estate companies is that they are driven by profits and usually a "corporate office." Then, there's Depodesta Real Estate. A family owned and run business, Depodesta adds the personalized charm and service that you want from a company. They have been in business for years and their properties are top notch. Their staff is extremely pleasant, and they are very efficient. They handle commercial and residential properties, and there's always an agent able to answer any and all your questions. They're not afraid to go the extra mile, even if you don't intend on purchasing. They want you to be happy, and strive to offer unparalleled service. Located in Hamden, CT, they are close to New Haven and the Wallingford/Meriden cities. Parking is a breeze and their hours are very reasonable.

Hamden Centre Apartments are in a great location with abundant off-street parking and in close proximity to dining, shopping and other services. Management is friendly though not particularly prominent unless you have reason to be in the main office. The maintenance staff is prompt and thorough, quick to respond and kind enough to deliver packages should you not be home when they arrive. The apartments themselves are large and often contain new carpets and countertops but some more permanent fixtures need updating (bathroom tiles, etc). Overall a great property with competitive prices.
