I joined and Oh Baby class when I was pregnant with my first baby and got in great shape and made a lot of friends. They have toning, water aerobics, yoga and Pilates. Then, once you have your baby, you can come back to exercise in a mom & baby version of the class (yoga, water aerobics, pilates or toning). They have stroller workout classes too! Instructors are great and they have super customer service!
