Service is always top notch and staff is very professional. I read a previous post stating that Royal hasn't sold Subaru cars in years. The dealership stopped selling cars at the end of '07 early '08. I'm not sure where he got his info. I purchased my SUV from Royal in May '07 and have been happy ever since.

I had the opposite reaction from a previous reviewer who thought Lou Sohb sales staff was pushy.
I went in looking for a very specific model of Explorer with specific equipment. When I told the Salesman what I wanted he just shrugged and said they didn't have it. I don't think he said 10 words the whole time I was there. No offer to look for the vehicle in inventory, find it at another dealer, no attempt to talk me into something on the lot. Nothing.
And their inventory is small.
I drove out to Mall of Ga. Ford and had a much better experience.

Great dealers in the sense of tricking people for their own profit. We were new in town and needed a car - absolutely agree with one of the previous reviews - every psychological trick has been used on us, but we were too tired and in need of a vehicle and didn't trust our intuition. They sold us a car supposedly "in good condition, with no safety issues" and were overly friendly until we payed. Three days later the inspection at an independent garage showed that the car was ready to fall apart, had major oil leaks which were camouflaged by patches on the engine (!!!). When we called Nalley Nissan their answer was: "oil leaks are not a safety issue, and you didn't expect to get a good car for that price?" - we payed over 4000 USD for the car.
Nalley Nissan are extremely good crooks in a sense that they see customers as a good source of profit without any sense of shame or professional dignity. We filed a claim against them. Stay away from that place.

I specifically told the service writer that I could not leave the car all day, would be glad to return it in several weeks at which time she could have the car as long as she wanted. At 1 PM she assured me it would be ready at 3 PM ... this turned out to be physically impossible on an additional $1500 repair. She caused me to miss an important 430 PM meeting; this begs the question as to how honest they are in other areas.

I took my Jeep in for service and new tires. They didn't have the tires in stock, so I brought it back on the following business day at 7am. After not hearing from them, I called at 3pm. Miguel said it was almost ready. My husband offered to come pick me up, but I declined since it was "almost ready". I called again at 5 (stranded in my office building with no food or way to get home to walk my dog) and once again, it was "almost ready". I finally told them to just send the van for me, I waited well over 1/2 hour just to schedule a pick up. What a disaster!
Pros: Good intown location
Cons: Exceptionally POOR service
