I put on 15 pounds during my pregnancy. When I tried to take it off at a local gym, I couldn't stay motivated. So, a friend suggested Get in Shape for Women. I joined a year ago and have lost the weight, gotten toned and have better energy. The trainers are great and push me harder than I would myself. It's been great for me. more

Nice workers but the gym is on the smaller size. 5/25/2009

Nice workers but the place is too small. They have no swimming pool or sauna. Don't expect a big gym like BSC or Bally. It's also only for women. Truereview here to tell you the truth. more
