Do your research first and ignore the good reviews that are being spammed by Tyson. This company is more than willing to get you into a rental once you sign a 28 page lease, and you put down a hefty security deposit. But, once you decide you don't want the rental, they become a rude property management and they take their time to give back your deposit. We were the lucky ones who actually got our security deposit back. Be careful and try not to rent from any property management group. YOU just may loose more then your security deposit. more

I just wanted to thank you for the pleasant experience we had with Tyson. We are home owners, but due to my husband's lay off, moved to Albuquerque for a year to see if he could secure employment. He was unable to so we are moving back to our house in Silver City. I was really thankful that I didn't have to worry about unmanaged repairs and other stresses of renting. We were truly blessed to live in a safe neighborhood, in a safe home, in a good school district. Please extend our gratitude to the owners of this home as well. It was obvious to me that they cared a great deal for their home. Thanks again! more

I won't say they are perfect, but I surely won't complain. At times they are slow to respond, but overall, we are very pleased. I'm quite shocked at the 1 star from 5 different people. We used Vivian Wisemann. more

I have worked with a dozen different property managers across the nation over time, and Vivian by far has been the best in every aspect. She always keeps my (owner) interests in mind, extremely responsive, proactive with preventative maintenance and offering suggestions/quotes on what should/could be done, and overall just a pleasure to work with. Property managers are slow to respond, but they have managed my property well and were very prompt when dealing with rent payment problems. more
