DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY 12/6/2011

THIS IS A BAD PLACE TO EAT. I FEEL LIKE THE OWNER IS A STRAIGHT OUT LIAR. I CALLED BEFORE I PURCHASED GROUPON COUPONS ONLINE TO MAKE SURE I WOULD BE ABLE TO USE THEM ALL AT ONE TIME. I SPOKE TO THE OWNER AND SHE WAS OH YES, WELL WHEN I GOT THERE IT WAS A WHOLE DIFFERENT THING. SHE WOULD NOT STAND BY HER CONVERSATION WITH ME ON THE PHONE. I LET THE MANGER KNOW I WAS GOING TO PURCHASE 5 GROUPON COUPONS, AND SHE SAID YES I COULD THAT WOULD BE FINE. I ALSO MADE SURE I HAD GOTTEN HER NAME JUST IN CASE SHE CHANGED HER MIND WHEN WE GOT THERE. AND SURE ENOUGH SHE WOULD NOT LET US USE THE 5, AND SAID SHE DIDN'T TELL ME THIS. WHICH IS A STRAIGHT OUT LIE AND THE BAD THING ABOUT THIS WHOLE THING IS THAT THE FOOD ALL TASTED THE SAME. IT WASN'T EVEN WORTH THE DISCOUNT. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY THERE. STAND UP FOR WHAT IS RIGHT. THERE IS ANOTHER BRAZILIAN STEAK HOUSE IN LAS VEGAS, AND IT'S IN TOWN SQUARE THE TEXAS DE BRAZIL. THE ONLY REASON I GAVE THIS PLACE ANY STARS AT ALL IS THAT YOU HAVE TO GIVE ONE TO PROCEED! more

Aweful service by owner!!!!!! 12/6/2011

This is the worst place I have ever eaten at. The meats all taste the same, and the salad dressing tasted like mustard. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody. The owner is RUDE and NASTY! more

WHAT A JOKE 9/21/2011

This place was horrible. We should have known something was wrong when there only two other couples there on a Sunday night. The meats all tasted the same. The service wasn't any better. The manager ran my credit card twice and when I called to ask her to remove the second charge she wanted to argue that she had not done that, even though I was looking at my account right in front of me. All she had to do was make a phone call to straighten this out which would have taken two minutes. But she chose to argue with me for five. It's worth the extra money to go to Texas de Brazil. more

Brazilian Style Eats GONE BAD 4/16/2011

My brother and I love Brazilian food and so when we landed in Vegas we asked our cabbie where we could find a Brazilian Steak House and he said Yolie's was the only choice. So we went. We were underwhelmed with the service from the start, but figure we arrived right when they opened the doors and perhaps they were understaffed. We have eaten several times at Fogo de Chao in different cities and have also been to Texas de Brazil. Those are both fabulous experiences with huge skewers of meat done to perfection. Yolies is not at all like Fogo de Chao or Texas de Brazil. They don't offer true Brazilian style service and the steaks we did get were a poor cut and not cooked to our request. We tried talking to the server and the manager and got no response. I have friends who have been in Brazil and this is not what you would experience in a Brazilian restaurant. You may like Yolies, but only if you are not expecting a Brazilian experience and are ok with mediocre service. more

Wonderful exopierence and great Brazillian food 8/28/2008

I went with a group and we all had a wonderful time. One of the group made a reservation for 10...we showed up with 18. They handled it seamlessly. Pros: Service, food & ambience Cons: If you don't know where it is it can be a little tough to spot more

Yolies is a Great Place! 3/11/2008

I have been going to Yolies for 10 years. I have been there so many times that I have became very close to the owner and staff. After reading all the reviews, I had to laugh. Every restaurant has its moments wether the staff be a little slow or not quick enough. I always have a good time when I go and dine at Yolies. The atmosphere is great, the food is wonderful. I found it odd that someone said that there was not enough food. I do not know what they ate but obvious they did not do the all you can eat or they would not be making that kind of remark... I highly recommend that for anyone who is looking for their money's worth. Yolie has a great variety of wine to choose from. Pros: great location, friendly staff, tons of food, great wine Cons: no doggie bags more

I love this place!!! 3/6/2008

This is not your typical Brazilian restaurant. It's fine dining at it's best. I took a few co-workers out for dinner and they loved it! The wait staff is amazing and patient. They were not abrasive while bringing over the new dishes. It was perfect. All the food was cooked well. The drinks were made very well also! Defiantly recommend for couples or large parties. more

What a disgrace!!!! This is not your typical Brazilian Steakhouse!!!! 9/23/2007

Being a Brazilian native, I am embarrassed to recommend anyone to this restaurant. I can't even believe the owner has the courage to categorize this restaurant as Brazilian Steakhouse because it is NOTHING like the real ""Rodizio"" in Brazil. more

The Best Brazilian Steakhouse in Las Vegas! 5/28/2007

Every year my family come in for Memorial Day weekend. Last year we ate at the Brazilian Steakhouse in the Aladdin called Pampas, what a disappointment. This year while staying at Cancun Resort, we asked the spa manager of Hands ON Massage & Spa inside the Cancun Resort where to go for great Brazilian food. The first words without hesitation out of his mouth is Yolies. He said he knew the owner personally and she knows how to run an awesome restaurant. Scott has ate there many times and has always had a great time eating there with their friends. He also said they had their company Christmas part there in 2005 and it was just over the top. So we took him for his word and he was right on the money... The service was great, the waiters interacted with the kids and made them feel special. It was just not about the adults. There was so much food to choose from. We all had the mixed grill that was all you can eat. I did not make it through all the meats. My husband Jim and our 2 sons over ate, but they got their money's worth. We will make this a regular tradition to stop in and eat while in Las Vegas. I am so glad that Scott and Hands On Massage & Spa recommended Yolies to us. We were tired of burgers and french fries. Pros: friendly staff, great atmosphere, delicious food and meats, great wine selection, kids menu, nicely decorated, got us right in and was seated more

Off the strip but worth it 4/12/2007

Every time I come to Las Vegas I make a point of eating at Yolie's. The owner actually cares about the dining experience of his patrons. He constantly works the floor, making wine recommendations, etc. The meat buffet is out of this world. The meat is always juicy and delicious. The waiters are friendly and provide prompt and courteous service. I wish I had a Yolie's where I live! Pros: Great food, good value, awesome service Cons: Off the strip more

One of the Best this side of Rio! 4/3/2007

After reading the other reviews I had to set the record straight! I am not sure where these negative people have been eating but it certainly is not the Yolie's Brazilian Steakhouse in Las Vegas. This restaurant has been in business for 20 years in the same location and original owner. ( Anyone familiar w/Vegas, knows this is a record few have achieved) The entire experience of dining at Yolies is AWESOME...Yolie's smile greeting you at the door set's the stage for the tasty feast you are about to enjoy. There is not a place in vegas where you can get a dinner this tasty and fullfilling in all of Vegas. There is something for everybody. Sausage, chicken, bacon wrapped turkey, top sirloin, tri-tip, pork, and lamb......all marinated and mesquite grilled on skewers and served sizziling to your table (did I mention these meats are all you can eat?) If you so desire you also, have a choice of soup or salad, and your meal also includes your starches and veggies, bread & a wonderful homemade salsa. Drinks....what a bar...you will be hard pressed to find a better more diversly stocked bar anywhere. ie, extensive wine list, bottled beers, spirts of every kind.. So what if you have to pay for a refill.....the food and service far out shine the cost of a soda. Pros: Excellent Cons: No cots to nap on after the feast! more

Awesome Time! 2/27/2007

I would have to say that the only negative things about this place are the location and the drinks. It's kind of hard to find if you don't know where you're going. The sign is kind of hidden but there is another sign out on the street at the intersection you turn in. Also drinks can be expensive if you have anything but tap water (not the bottle water because that was expensive too). I got bottl e water however and it lasted my and my boyfriend the whole night. Pros: Service, Food, Friendly Cons: Location, Drinks more

WORST RESTAURANT IN THE COUNTRY 7/4/2006

This place was horrible. Not only poor food but it was topped by poor service. This place has to be the worst in the country. Pros: It wasn't busy Cons: Poor quality food & horrible service more

Great Food, Great Service..Fun Dining 11/17/2005

I've heard mixed reviews regarding this joint. My girlfriend and I decided to check it out. We got the reccomended all you can eat meat fest or whatever they want to call it. I was very, very, very impressed with the service. The manager (possibly owner?) of the restaurant was a very jovial man who loved to make sure that everyone was enjoying their dinner, and boy was I. So much to eat and so much to choose from. I could barely walk when I got out of there. My girlfriend, who initially had her reservations about the place because of some of the reviews she had read, loved the meal as well. The restaurant itself doesn't appear to your classy trendy basic Las Vegas joint on the inside, but the service you'll receive and the great and bountiful amount of food you get makes the experience quite fun. Pros: Service, Food Cons: Atmosphere more

Wonerful Service 10/10/2004

I have always had wonderful service, and the food was, bar none, expertly prepaid. I have always looked forward to our outing at Yoli's. more

I registered just to write this review 9/5/2004

The service at Yolie's was, bar-none, the worst I've ever, ever, ever, ever experienced on the planet. They charge for drink refills on coke. The waiter was less than kind to us in the way we were treated, and the food, for as poor as it was, never came. My wife and I got fed-up with how bad it was going and left. Pros: kinda good Cons: , lack of food more

The Worst Food In Vegas 7/12/2004

If youve ever had the pleasure of experiencing the great cooks that create these extremely appetizing foods with great, no, fantastic service in a comfortable environment at a place called Claim Jumpers then youll understand when I tell you Yolies Steakhouse is the complete opposite of that. The first 5 meats were much too over cooked and completely dried out. Not to mention the amount of charred, burned material covering the meat. I could not eat it fearing a severe case of heartburn from doing so. I complained and they didn't care. Stay away from this place! Trust me when I tell you, it is the worse place I have ever eaten in all of Las Vegas. In my opinion, you will have a better dining experience at a fast food restaurant. Cons: , Poor quality, Overpriced more

do not waste your time 6/6/2004

This place was awful! The steak was cold and overcooked. We were the only party in the entire restaurant, that should of told us something. There are too many places to go and eat. Dont waste your time or effort on this one. Pros: none, none, none Cons: , atmosphere, overpriced more

Not authentic, overpriced 5/12/2004

If you have ever experienced a Brazilian bbq in Brazil or in NY at Plataforma, don't go here. It is a very poor attempt. No salad bar, just a cup of black bean soup or some limp lettuce! The meat that follows certainly is not good quality and in almost all cases overcooked! Not a rare, nor medium rare skewer came near us all night. Do yourself a favor, in a city with great restaurants don't waste your time visiting this one. Pros: None! Cons: , Poor quality food more

Celebrating 20 years as Las Vegas' Original Brazilian Steakhouse

Owner Message
  • Those of our guests who have had the pleasure of visiting beautiful Brazil will know that Churracscaria
(She-has-ca-reeah) compares favorably with the finest steak houses in the United States. The unique difference is the way the meat is prepared and served.

Strangers to Brazil and the method of preparing and cooking meat are in for a delightfully pleasant surprise. At once you'll be made to feel right at home by the casual and informal atmosphere.

While enjoying your pre-luncheon or dinner cocktails, an assortment of appetizer meats will be served. Now comes our "Rodizio", a tantalizing variety of meats. Prepared by our famous Brazilian Chef, succulent meats will be sliced from the skewer onto your plate continuously by your waiter. The delicate flavor you will experience is achieved with our special marinade, the ingredients of which you can only guess.
