Businiess name:  Yolie's Brazilian Steak House

Review content:
My brother and I love Brazilian food and so when we landed in Vegas we asked our cabbie where we could find a Brazilian Steak House and he said Yolie's was the only choice. So we went. We were underwhelmed with the service from the start, but figure we arrived right when they opened the doors and perhaps they were understaffed. We have eaten several times at Fogo de Chao in different cities and have also been to Texas de Brazil. Those are both fabulous experiences with huge skewers of meat done to perfection. Yolies is not at all like Fogo de Chao or Texas de Brazil. They don't offer true Brazilian style service and the steaks we did get were a poor cut and not cooked to our request. We tried talking to the server and the manager and got no response. I have friends who have been in Brazil and this is not what you would experience in a Brazilian restaurant. You may like Yolies, but only if you are not expecting a Brazilian experience and are ok with mediocre service.
