Terrible Company - Avoid! 4/6/2011

This company is all about making the sale and has terrible customer support. I have had problems with day one with my $10,000 Lennox system and Tom Ham told me there is nothing they can do to fix it and to call the manufacturer. Lennox told me to call the dealer. The next call is to my lawyer. Terrible, terrible company ever since Tom Ham purchased it from Jim Williams. more

Dont use this company 2/8/2010

This has been the worst service that my elderly neighbor has ever received. The service charge is good for a month but 1 day after the service that was not very good, they now want to charge her to go back and fix the original problem. In my opinion they are very unprofessional and are trying to rip off my neighbor. more

My family always give Williams Refrigeration a call when we have problems with all of are heating and cooling needs. Whenever we call, the people over the phone are very friendly and helpful. They always get a guy to come over and check out are problem as soon as possible. The guys that come to your house are also very friendly and polite. They are very professional and they give quick but great service. more
