Great quality, honest pricing, friendly staff 3/15/2011

Winter really did a lot of damage to our brand new car. Dings, scratches, a crushed hood from a giant ice shelf. Webster did excellent work. We had a lot of paint matching that needed to be done (a red color, which isn't the easiest to do), and it looks perfect. The staff were friendly and professional, and they event detailed our car for us. It looked gorgeous! I got quotes from a few places in town, and Webster took the most time to give me the quote, and I think in the end the work actually costed LESS than we were expecting, which is always nice. I would highly recommend this place. more

Terrific job 1/18/2011

Webster Auto Body did a great job on the repairs, which were substantial. They were responsive and thorough and effectively handled all of the back and forth with the insurance company and the rental car company. Plus, they were a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend Webster Auto Body without reservation. more

Helpful and friendly service 1/10/2011

My car was hit by a hit-and-run driver. Webster Auto Body did the insurance-required teardown inspection. The car was deemed a write-off, so I can't review the quality of the work (but this site requires I do, so you can ignore that value), but they were helpful and friendly in a time of stress and uncertainty. more

I've had two jobs done at Webster and both times I've worked with Jerry. Him and his team are great to work with and did a fantastic job on my vehicles. more

Amazing service 12/30/2010

After putting off a couple of repairs for lack of time (tree fell on hood; got side-swiped), I got directed to Webster by a couple of colleauges who raved about them. I am now the one raving! Jerry went out of his way to ensure my car got completely repaired (looks better than new) during the few days I was away on holiday (he even began ordering parts while I was awaiting a taxi to take me back to work). I cannot say enough -- I highly recommend Webster! more

#1 Body Shop 12/29/2010

I have been going to Webster Auto for a long time and they are the best! Jerry and Billy are great and everyone that works there is friendly and helpful. I just picked my car up yesterday and it looks great and it was washed, vacuumed and they even removed some old stickers off my window that I haven't been able to get off for years! I highly recommend them. more

Very good, professional, quality work. 12/20/2010

I had some work done at Webster Auto Body on my wife's Honda. The passenger door was all caved in, and he got a new door for us. He worked very well with the insurance to make sure we could get new parts not used parts. There is no way to notice the work he did on the car. I did use Webster Auto Body one other time, but it was something very minor. They are definitely quick. It is a quick turnaround to get the car back. Also, they make it easy to rent a car if you need one. more
