Waverly Parks was one of the worst places i could have lived in my whole life.! They were extremely rude and uneducated about rental information. There corporate was just as bad. When i lived there the house flooded and there was black mold and my 1 yr old got extremely sick and now has bad asthma. When i moved they kept my lease going and continued to charge me... Horrible place to move to. more

The management is rude and unprofessional. I tried to move here as my first apartment and had a terrible experience. Water cut off without notice & said because Maintance is working on it. The cold made me unable to look my door i called them at 9 in the morning to see if someone can fix it cause I have to go to work no one came till the next day. They put the wrong year on my lease and refused to let me off with out paying a termination fee I had to literally go up there 6 times to get the situation taken care off. Everything i had to talk to management about was a wreck besides that the neighbors was nice. more

A little bit on the ""ghetto"" side...but still enjoyable 5/27/2011

I moved to Lansing from a wealthy Metro-Detroit suburb. Coming to Lansing was supposed to be a great experience and I needed to find somewhere to live QUICK. I found Waverly Park and Nikki, the beautiful young lady working in the office, helped me find a quaint two bedroom apartment.\r \r I moved in within a week and have been happy ever since.\r \r My neighbors are all characters and if it wasn't for the frequent gunshots heard at night and constant police presence, this would be the perfect neighborhood. As long as you don't mind ""a little ghetto"" in your life (I grew up on Detroit's southwest side so I can handle it just fine), Waverly Park is just fine. more

Comfortable Living 10/22/2005

It's been a while since I lived there but see ads in the paper still with prices. This is definately an inexpensive place to live. No pets are allowed but heat and water is included. Bills are usually small for electric. The kitchens are not huge, but workable. I had a third floor w/balcony. The balcony was nice, but the fire doors on every floor did make carrying laundry or groceries very difficult. Extra storage and washer and dryers are in every long unit. This was my first apartment. When I was there they offered free aerobics at the club house and the pool was a nice feature. more

Great for a budget 7/25/2005

This seems to be one of the more popular and widely-known apartment complexes in town. The leasing agents here are really friendly and helpful and more than willing to show you their studio, one, two, and three bedroom apartment homes. This is a very large complex, at least a few hundred apartments, and encompasses a large area of the south side of Lansing. Reasonable rates, studio and one bedroom homes range from about $300-$400. more
