NO STAR RANKING. One of the WORST eating experiences I have ever encountered. I was totally embarrassed that I took my out of town visitors there (6 adults, 1 child, 5:00pm (before dinner rush and only a few tables taken)). The lack of service was unbelievable. Just a few instances of what went wrong. 1st - we walked in and the staff looked at us and walked away - I found someone to ask if we seat ourselves and three staff members had a discussion about seating us. We requested outside and they took us to a table inside/corner. We had to hunt down someone to give us a high chair and then we waited 10 minutes to get it. We had to hunt down someone to get drinks, and after another long wait, we had to hunt down someone to take our order. The waitress brought the drinks and started serving the drinks over the baby's head (a BIG NO-NO). I asked her to move just in case of an accident. Then again the waitress brought hot bread and sat it in front of the baby. Again, I told her that that was not a good place to put any hot food item. Having been a waitress in my earlier days - I am somewhat aware of waitress do's & don't. After I started eating my food (about 3 bites), I saw hair..... Needless to say, I had them take it away and remove it from my bill. There we more issues, but the one's I spoke of were the worst. I will never go back there and will definitely tell all of my friends and anybody that asks "Do not go to Waterman's." The bill was well over $100, which was paid, but we really wish we had spent that money in a more enjoyable and serving atmosphere. Thinking back, we should have got up and left after the 3rd incidence. Lesson learned.
