While the doctors at this office are wonderful, the office staff is terrible. The nurse that walked us back could not have appeared more bored and less patient with my child who did not understand how to do pulmonary function tests after her 12 second, mumbled directions. Never did she make eye contact with any of us. She simply typed everything I told her into a computer. When I call the office with questions, it is clear that the nurses taking messages do not write down what you say. Both times I have called in, the doctor has called back and what was reported to him was completely false. Not even close to what I said. But, if you call in and ask to speak with a doctor, it is obvious that the nurses get insulted. As much as I like our doctor, I won't go back because I hate having to deal with the staff. Hopefully we will be able to find another good allergist in the area. more

I have had breathing difficulties for several years and was diagnosed and treated for asthma. None of the medications were helping me and I felt like I was suffocating. After seeing 5 different specialists I was referred to Dr. Wald. Dr. Wald listened to me and within 15 minutes of my first visit he said he thought he knew what I had. He sent me for an CT scan to confirm his diagnosis. He called me back within hours, explained that my breathing difficulties were caused by a narrowing of my trachea. He found a doctor to treat me and personally called so that I was seen quickly. He then called me back to make sure that the other doctor's office had called me and answered any further questions about my diagnosis. He has been so patient in educating me and in following up. I owe a sincere debt of gratitude to Dr. Wald and his staff who have been so helpful to me. more

I have been going to KCAA for several years. They have done a wonderful job of working with me to diagnose and treat my severe allergies. The staff is great about listening to my concerns and is willing to try alternative medications when those prescribed aren't covered by my insurance. I see Dr. Frankel and highly recommend him. He never rushes through an appointment. He really takes the time to listen and discuss options. Pros: Great doctors, flexible hours more
