It's not a spa. It's a drop in, get your face plumped up with chemicals. It's noisy. Forget a relaxing massage 8/21/2019

It's a place losing the aspect of getting a great massage treatment. It's noisy, it's offering more clinical, expensive treatment and that's unfortunate. I was a 3 year patron (Every week for two years) and Scheduling kept losing my appointments. I never got a sorry. It was everyone blaming someone else. At one time Rachel the manager blamed me. I have since found a wonderful new masseuse. more

RIGTEOUS & RUDE 8/8/2016

Do not get Botox from AJ at Voci Spa/Stonecrest, Charlotte, NC. This AJ made my one eye "Spocklike" and the other "Droopy". I look like a JOKE. After waiting it out for 1 week, I went back hoping she'd remedy the situation. WELL! First of all, she said that I should not have even come...that it was too soon. She just stoically lectured me about waiting 2 weeks, even fuming frustrations (yes, she had the audacity to SIGH at me!!!)...when she knows plainly the reason why I needed a change and a change now...I had a big family reunion scheduled within days! I know from personal research that yes, 2 weeks are recommended for a redo, but many specialists also say 7-10 days...and I felt she could have done SOMETHING to make it better. In my past experience with a botched job elsewhere, Specialists fixed me up within 5 days, not 14. Even worse, AJ did not apologize whatsoever nor took any responsibility for the botched job!! Yes, it may take time for the Botox to sink in, and but for it to be SO uneven from Day 1...?? I just don't see my eyebrows evening out in another week. It's clear to me that the skills of the "Specialist" should be in question. ANY research on Botox will tell you that an EXPERT at Botox KNOWS how to prevent Spocklike brows, Droopy brows (Ptosis even)...and in this case, one of each (the worst kind)!!! My experience at Voci last time was a bit of a botch too, but the Specialist - can't remember her name - was very kind and ASSURED me that she would fix it within days for free, and she did. All I know is that I may give Voci another try with another Specialist, but NEVER again with AJ. It's bad enough that I get a botched job, but it's even worse to get such smug, righteous attitude about it. more

I love the place 8/8/2011

I have been going to Voci Spa for several years - I won't let ANYONE else administer Botox or dermal fillers to me or my lovies and I am a professional receiver of any and all fillers, Botox, etc! This administrator of dermal fillers and Botox is an absolute 5 star GEM!!!!! We are lucky in Charlotte to have the person! Can't say enough fabulous, exemplary things about the brilliance and approach of the person injecting. I have credibility: I've been all over the country and have had injectables done everywhere before Voci. Now I am 100% loyal to Voci. I get ALL of them: Forehead, crows, lines, Lips. I could guarantee you will walk out of there 100% satisfied and when they set in you'll be scripting a raving review like myself! You won't be disappointed; located in beautiful Stonecrest, an array of services, not pretentious. Everyone is cordial and the front desk has smart, trendy, beautiful, inviting professionals at the helm unlike so many other places. A huge applause for Voci-I love the place to pieces!!!!!! more

Voci Spa - Stonecrest 6/11/2009

The services that I received were nice. It was my first time having a dermaplane and a facial there. I was pleased with the services. My only problem/annoyance is that they do not accept tips on debit/credit cards. You must pay cash or check (which I typically don't carry with me). After my relaxing facial, I had drive to the closest ATM and then run back into the spa. It was really a nuisance. The owners should warn customers on their website or while booking online. more

VOCI SPA-Stonecrest Shopping Center 3/16/2006

The Voci spa expanded out into the suburbs, and now has a location in Stonecrest Shopping center. I like the Voci, but I wish the spa would branch out and do hair styling, coloring, etc... You can get most spa treatments at Stonecrest. They do traditional Swedish massges, stone massage, deep tissue, prenatal etc... massages. Some of their massage rooms are equipped with small space heaters, which I appreciate, as it can get a bit chilly otherwise! They also do nails, but I have to say they have very cramped quarters for the nail services. I feel like I am being put in a closet when I have a pedicure. They do a good job, however, and the service is always very friendly. more
