Truly enjoyed the renewal facial. Summer was great. Just.didn't like the lobby ambience. Felt like I eas in a cost cutters in almost like a buffet line just waiting to pay. Very uncomfortable lobby. Prices a little high, too. Would come more if $125 facial was $100 or included even a ten min neck massage like other places. more

Stephanie was, as usual, wonderful. I had my usual waxing, and as a special treat to myself, a facial. She is so fantastic - I've been going to her for years now and I would never give her up! In addition, my husband had purchased a gift certificate for me, so I was able to have a foot soak, a parafin hand relaxation, a wash and blow dry for my hair. Even thought I"m not a regular customer of Lindsey S, she treated me as though I was very special to her. And, I love the new salon. It is so much nicer than the one I usually go to at Broadmoor. You should really think about updating/revitalizing that one. more

I have been in almost every VEDA. And in all of them is the same thing. The misses at the reception are rude, they dont say please, they don't say thank you and their attitude over the phone is terrible. You can tell if a person is smiling, happy, sad etc over the phone and this misses are way to cold, stiff and I really hate when you say thank you and they say "uh uh" (they are too good to say thank you back) or you have to ask them again to review and confirm if your appointment is correct because they won't do it. Anyway this is a area of opportunity to improve the experience that you have in their salon, once you pass by those little rude people in the front desk... I always feel relief to be in hands of my favorite hair stylist. more

A warm sitting room and comfortabe chairs waited for me. Sweet beautiful young ladies smiled at me and were courteous with me. I enjoyed the new face lift of soft greens on the walls low music and the shampoo bowl by the fire. Even the toilet room was spacious. But most of all my hair designer made me absolutely gorgeous with the color and the cut. Yes, I left there leaving 10 yrs from off my face. Love you all and I will be back! Looking forward to a pedicure next week with a sweet friend who is now sitting at a comfortable low chair as I will sit miles high above her. Yes! this is Place to be whether rain or shine hot or cold I promise you this that you will leave feeling yrs younger and there will be a new smile on your face. T.G. more

My husband bought me a gift card for Christmas; Veda added a complimentary Serenity Hour with Precious. This included a shampoo, blow dry, neck massage, make-up application and paraffin hand massage. It also includes a foot soak and foot massage but because I added a pedicure that was lumped in with the pedicure. This Serenity Hour turned out to be one of the best hours of the entire month. Precious did a fabulous job, the chair side massage was so relaxing. My hair looked great and the make-up application was one of the best I've ever had. And I've had quite a few. I gave her free reign and had her choose a palette, she choose warm brown shades for my eyes and pink tones for lips and cheeks. I looked like me, only better. She is really good. I would definitely go back to her for a special occasion look. My mani-pedi was typically good. The leg and foot massage is never long enough but still relaxing. I'll go back for sure. One thing, the Serenity Hour is not listed on the "menu" anywhere. Veda could do very well to add this service as a mini spa day, perhaps adding the pedicure ala-carte. It was good enough that I would book another appointment just for this. more

Due to a scheduling change at work, I had to change my appointmnet at the last minute, but they were very accomodating and I made it to work with several minutes to spare. I appreciated the advice from the stylist, even though she was not the "expert" stylist, as the prices as steep for the experts. Still LOVE my color---4 weeks later! Also love that they are an environmentally friendly company! more
