Tremont is by far the best music venue in Charlotte. They get everyone from local high school bands to nationally known bands to play. Its great atmosphere leads to a fun time no matter what mood you are in when you get there. There is a great bar, pool tables, arcade, & foosball tables, as well as comfy couches to chill on in between sets. There is also a covered area outside where you can go to chill. Tremont rocks! more

  • The Scene
    The club is located in an extremely open, warehouse-like room that packs 'em in for the big names and avoids dwarfing the smaller acts with a second, more intimate stage. Punk, rock and ska music can be heard on any given Friday or Saturday night, when a wide variety of casual, yet funky dressed kids can be found grooving to the latest original act.

    The Skinny
    This is the hangout for Charlotte's alternative 16-25 set and a prime spot for catching the best original alternative local, regional and national acts. The likes of Dinosaur Jr., Matthew Sweet and Jewel have made appearances at this no-frills venue.
