I've always enjoyed my experiences at TNY-- from the moment you step in the door you feel welcomed by staff. If there is a short wait, you have beverages and the use of a computer...

Worst

Word of mouth is bad especially when you got such a large family and business. NEED to step it up. Horrible service to say the least.

My mom has been going to this salon for awhile. She loves it! I am from out of town and am also a hairstylist myself. I had yet to find someone to cut my hair the way I like it where I live. I was in town visiting and decided to go check out ATNY to get my hair cut and colored. Christine did an amazing job! She cut my hair just the way I like it and also put some funky purple pieces in. She was so much fun to talk to and also had great ideas for my hair. I would recommend her and ATNY to everyone! Pros: great atmosphere, very friendly staff more

A Total New You is one of my favorite places. Whether I am getting my hair colored and trimmed, a massage, or enjoying a total spa day, I have never been disappointed. The atmosphere throughout is relaxing and professional. ATNY goes the extra mile for their customers, and I appreciate the complimentary beverages, smiles, greetings, reminders, and excellent service. Sharon in the salon is amazing. The products are high quality. My color doesn't fade, and my cuts are always perfect. Sharon listens to what I want, and gives great feedback. Cindy is by far the best massage therapist I have ever had. Pros: the Creme de la Creme of spa treatments and salon services Cons: NONE. more

Great Beauty Salon 8/15/2009

Everyone there is very pleasant and makes you feel welcome. The atmosphere is great and the salon itself is very clean. You can get everything from pedicures, facials, hair and nails, massages and permanant make up there. I am going there to day to get a pedicure, makeup and up do for my wedding. Thank you! The best shave in town! 8/13/2009

This grooming experience was very satisfying. I was entirely confident in the results based on the stylist's professionalism and consulting skills to "right-fit" and tailor my needs for my own personal style and image. Terra not only was attentive to the small details which make a large difference in a man's cut, but also improved the direction of the results in my own business professional life. Highly recommended! Pros: Very sharp, no angles missed. Cons: That I have to wait an entire month for the next trim. more

Modern, up-to-date salon. 8/13/2009

I was referred to this salon by a friend when I was looking for a new place to have my hair cut. She told me to ask for Christine because she really knew how to cut hair. And she does! I've been coming here for about two years now and so far am pleased. A nice bonus is a discount for every third cut. Pros: Friendly, treat clients with respect more

I finally found a stylist who didn't talk too much and actually concentrated on me, the customer!! Terra is amazing, she gave me a hair cut that works for me and she is an expert on color, she mixes her own colors to make the hair look more natural!! I have had so many compliments on both my cut and color and everyone wants to know who did it! Go see Terra, you won't be disappointed the Salon is very comfortable too. Perfect hair color/ cut 8/1/2009

I havevery thick curly hair which is grey. The color was perfect and the cut made the curls pretty and manageable. Kristen was a sweetie on top of the excellent job. The cut/color deal they are offering is what brought me in when I saw it outside. Pros: perfect cut/color Cons: none more

Wonderful Experience 6/30/2009

I stopped by this salon on June 22nd, 2009. I was suprised to find a salon that was open on a Monday afternoon. I was greeted by a very friendly front desk girl. She promptly gave me a tour of the salon and spa and was very informative about the details of all of the services A Total New You had to offer. I have never before had such an experience. She took the time to tell me about the hair stylists and how I could come in for a complemntery consultation and she offered a few suggestions of stylists that I might like based on my hair type. After she showed me the lines of products that they offered she gave me a card that gives me 25% off any new service. Wow!! She wrote her name at the bottom of it, so I just wanted to say thank you to Melissa! I will for sure be making an appointment based on the attention I was paid when walking through the door. Pros: Friendly, Informative Staff! Cons: Could not find a single one more

Incredible Stylists/Salon 6/10/2009

I have been looking for a good stylist for a year now. I went in to A Total New You and was very pleased. The front desk was efficient and professional. I didn't love that I had to give my driver's license number on the client form, but that was only for writing checks. Brenda was amazing. She and I talked about what I wanted to do with my hair and decided on something I could work with. My haircut has lasted much better than it usually does and I can work with it really well. Brenda was so much fun to visit with too! I'm getting a facial next. more

Amazing Experience 6/10/2009

Salon wise, this place is fantastic!! The entire staff at A Total New is friendly and inviting. The stylists really listen to you and help address your needs. The front desk always calls several days ahead of time to confirm my appointments, and as soon as I enter the salon I am greeted right away!! I love it!! Pros: Amazing stylists, fantastic friendly front desk staff!! Cons: A bit chilly, temp wise!! more

They are the best in town. they are very heplful and they really understand want you need to get done. The people at the front desk are amazing. they call and confirm your appointment. That Rocks. THe owner is super awesome and is a very kind person. They are pretty clean. The bathrooms were great and so was the service. I will go back to get my hair done Soon. Pros: They are kind and they do awesome work. Cons: The prices could be a little cheaper but worth it. more

Rude front desk staff!!! 9/19/2006

Laser hair removal is probably the cheapest in town, but they make you fill out a card (including putting down your drivers license #) before you get ANYTHING done! The front desk staff is not friendly and pretty much rude to you the second you walk in!!! Pros: Laser hair removal is a good deal and the technician is very friendly and does a great job. Cons: Front desk girl should be fired! more

very pricey hair cut over $45+ 10/1/2005

this was my first time to visit total new you. i had read one review and decided to set up an appointment for a hair cut. I had to fill out a data sheet but was not happy to see that they requested your drivers license(i skipped that). I waited about 10 mins and met christine. we went over what I was looking for in a style. She was pushing for me to have a 'perm'. I asked her what the price was, she didn't know and had to look it up($70)and she pushed for me to have a protein treatment (more $$$)before the perm. I felt pressured to have the perm. . The price for the hair cut was over $45 plus that I had purchased a hair treatment(not cheap $15)which came to a total of $62.00 which in my book is over priced. Pros: friendly staff, stylist listened Cons: waiting area to small, way over priced!, pushing for a perm more
