The lady spilled wax on my hair and then denied it, they got into an argument with me and wanted me to pay the maximum for a job that was way below standard. I was horrified at the lack of customer service and the unprofessionalism they all pertrayed. The place is cramped and not very friendly. The lady also hurt me and it seemed that she didnt know what she was doing. I will never go here again and i suggest no one else does either for thier own safety and sanity either. more

THEY ARE CLEAN! 6/16/2007

I've been going to Top Line Nails for over 5 years; THEY ARE CLEAN! They do a wonderful job. Lan takes care of your toes & gives the best pedicures; Mimi & Phong are the fingernail experts, both are great. Very friendly atmosphere, they don't make you feel left out, they always engage in conversation with the customers. more

Not Bad! 8/14/2005

I’ve gone to Top Line Nails twice. Overall, it’s a good store and the girls are nice and do a good job. The two times that I’ve gotten pedicures there, I was very satisfied. Although just as a warning, one of my friends who accompanied me got infected after getting a pedicure. So even though my experience was positive, I don’t think she’ll be going back. more
