I have a special place in my heart for this place because this is where we stayed the night after my husband proposed. The decor was absolutely beautiful, and the jacuzzi enclosed in a private terrace was so relaxing. The gardens around the inn were gorgeous. The inn is like a tropical gem in the not-so-glistening Galveston area. It's a bit pricey, but we loved our getaway. more

WONDERFUL! 2/20/2003

Awesome place to stay. Jacuzzis in everyroom. (REAL Jacuzzis that fit two-four people.) Very beautiful rooms, antique furniture. Owners are awesome. Two night min stay on weekends makes it a bit priceydepending on your budget. But it is well worth it. It's like a vacation. On weekends they serve HUGE breakfasts. I can't say enough nice things about the place. Pros: jacuzzi, romantic, awesome owners Cons: nothing more
