Great Last Minute Service 11/17/2010

We live 100 miles away from Colorado Springs and were in town for the day when there was an unexpected problem with our 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee. It was 3:30pm when we called and were told to bring the car in. Michael Cope, Service Advisor, was very helpful and had our problem diagnosed within minutes. He then arranged for the repairs and said the service dept. would stay late if necessary to get us back on the road. The repairs were completed and the cost was less than his original estimate. We were extremely pleased with everything about this experience and would recommend Michael Cope and his team to anyone needing repair service in Colorado Springs! more

Staff is always friendly and explain all repairs needed and cost in great detail. I can make an appointment only a day in advance. My car has always been completed that same day, usually by 1PM, reguardless of repairs. Free inspection and fluid top off. Never had a single negitive experience there over the last 3 years I been going. Great service. more

Highly recommend Faricy Boys 11/8/2010

We started out looking for new Jeeps on the Internet because our son and daughter-in-law had recommended doing this with Shannon at Faricy Boys. When we went in (just to look) and met with Jack, he answered our questions without any pressure to make a decision. We went back again and test drove some new Jeeps and Jack continued to answer questions and offer options - without any pressure to buy. When we were ready to make a decision, he was extremely helpful and we got just what we wanted. Go to Faricy and ask for Jack. You won't be sorry. more

Faricy Boys Rock 11/8/2010

I had a wonderful experience at Faricy Boys. There was not a lot of negotiation, I took in numbers and specs for what I was looking for. They did a quick and prompt search within 300 miles to find all the matches to my wants. The personnel was extremely personable and I never felt the stereotypical "sales pressure". I will definitely return and recommend this to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. more

Great Sales Experience! 11/7/2010

From the minute we walked on the lot for the first time, we got a great feeling from everyone in the company, especially Tom Dominguez. Never a moment of pressure. Relaxed, knowledgeable. We could have purchased somewhere else, but Tom was the reason we came back. more
