Customer service is excellent! Quality of work is excellent! I had my brakes done on my Lexus and I heard some squeaking. I called Tom and brought my car right in. They also provided me with a rental car at no charge. They were able to clear up the squeaking sound. I really appreciate TOS going out of their way to make sure I was satisfied. I always took my 4 runner to the dealer for maintenance or repairs. But with the high dealer prices mt daughter recommended TOS where she has been taking her Lexus for years. I have found and honest quality shop in TOS, I would highly recommend TOS any day. I have recommended TOS to close friends, recently my friend Henry who had brake device done on his Tundra Truck. I use TOS for a reason; honesty & quality. Communicates with the customer for service, repair, recommendations, and knows how to convey vehicle condition. Tracks repairs & service via PC and issues service notifications when due. Pros: honesty & quality more
