Superstar Car Wash

My husband has been going to Superstar Car Wash on 75th Avenue for over a year. He purchased a membership also. On 1/2/12, I called him while he was entering the parking lot of the car wash. After we hung up, he sat his phone on the passenger seat. When he turned into the car wash lot, his phone fell on the floor. He got out and spoke to the manager and forgot to get his phone. After his car came out of the wash, he went over to his vehicle to get his phone. Of course his brand new Iphone 5 was not there anymore. All of the employees lied indicating they never saw a phone. The gps tracking system located the phone and we are taking the police to that house. We will cancel our membership and never allow a bunch of crooked thieves to service our vehicle again. Do NOT trust any of super rip off car wash locations. Josh at Dysart is a lying con man. He will break your windshield of you don't buy his fake windshield repair service. He broke mine then claimed it had a chip when he walked up to the side of the vehicle and pointed, no chip could even be seen from the front where he cracked the windshield. Scott the owner never returned my calls. they are all liars, thieves and hire illegals using fake id's DO NOT GO THERE. more

I recently visited SuperStar Car Wash on 11/11/2007 Sunday morning me & my husband with our daughter ! My husband wanted his brand new truck washed of course the new baby in his life (the truck) ! What we did not relize is that our 12year old daughter left her purse in the back seat containing her phone her ps2 & her very expensive IPOD that her father had gotten her for her birthday !! To our surprise we relized later that day that her purse was still ther but my daughter told me that when we got back in the truck her purse was left opened & tipped over ! Almost $400.00 dollars later of scolding her about leaving her things laying around for other people to take it was to late ! So my only advice to everyone is beware double check your cars'trucks before takin them to the car wash ! That day my husband purposely told them NOT to clean the inside for that reason but still they opened up the truck to dry it ! LESSON LEARNED !
