They completely lost proof of my membership. Manager asked me to bring in proof of payment, then they claimed they didn't know how much of the membership I had used. I got a duplicate copy of the doctor's note they had originally requested. Got a call from the manager saying they would give me 2 weeks in exchange for the 7 months I still had on my membership. They have No written policy to explain that when you put your membership on hold for medical reasons you are just "out of luck" when the time runs out. STAY AWAY unless you can predict the future and know you won't have any medical problems. I could see if I had no proof of payment or they had a written policy or contract, but they do not. Unprofessional. Will dispute the credit card charge for the full amount since they leave me no other option.
