Suburban Express

Have never written a review but I warn anyone to stay away from this bus line (not even worth 1 star!) ...they use non contracted buses when they want without notifying customers. My son missed a bus from Champaign for Xmas because the bus was not labelled even after he stood waiting ahead of time for 40 minutes. Who would think it was your bus if the writing on the bus says "Green River"? I would never think to check with the bus driver to see if they were really Suburban Express instead. How ridiculous!!! He ended up taking a later Lex bus where the nice bus driver actually let him pay in cash at the door because he had no ticket...if this driver would not have allowed him on the bus he would have missed his airline flight to the Caribbean for the holidays. Thank you Lex... Never again would I use Suburban Express and will also be telling everyone I know about their bad practices and customer service!!! more

Donghui Wei, You are one messed up dude. First, your are a very poor writer. Your frequent misuse of words and poor grammar discredits you from the start. Second, you've got it completely backwards in your last paragraph. People who have negative experiences tend to be far more motivated than those who have positive experiences. Case in point: you. Third, I think it is you that is not too bright, not Suburban Express. Suburban Express is in Champaign. If the bag was lost up north, someone would have to drive up there before commencing their search. Fourth, given your tone here, I wouldn't be surprised if you could induce a normally nice person to become frustrated. I'm frustrated just reading your garbage. Fifth, if the contents of your bag were not damaged and they offered to buy you a new suitcaase, I really don't see any basis for any kind of gripe. You really need to screw your head on a little tighter. more
