Worst

I was charged $47 (and some odd cents) for a basic oil change. I normally pay $21 AT THE DEALER!!! I think that if they are going to charge these astronomical prices for this typ...

Great Place to Go 6/24/2014

I thought this place did a great job. I did a quick google review search when my car was stalling and I though the transmission might be going and i am glad I drove the extra couple blocks to go to a place that had good reviews. The service was friendly they found the cause of my problem and explained the issue in person and on a write-up with the receipt. They also offered me a loaner to get to work and I was barely inconvienced. I would definetly recommend this place to a friend and have found a new place to go in the Wauwatosa area. more

I work close by so it's convenient for me to drop off my vehicle and a loaner is a plus. Service is great and they provide a great value without raking you over the coals for service. more

Routine maintenance 6/21/2014

I brought both of our cars in for oil changes & tire rotations. All done well as I have come to expect. I appreciate the inspections the guys do to tip me off of things that are not critical to do now but which I should think about doing in the next six months or so. more

I came in on the recommendation of a friend, after being somewhat disenchanted with the service at another facillity I had used for years. Sticklers handled my car diagnostics and repair in a very timely manner, kept me in the loop, and was very honest in their communication, striving to keep the repair price fair and reasonable. I will be back and will recommend this shop to others! more

We have been going to Stickler's for years and have recommended them to our friends. Mike is honest and fair and very reasonably priced as well. His staff is awesome and knowledgeable and they have done a great job with all of our older vehicles. I highly recommend them to anyone. They have saved us a lot of money in repairs and managed to help us keep our older vehicles lasting as long as we could till we could afford a new one. They are great! more

Car Repair 6/2/2014

My car surprised me with issues on the way to work. I stopped in to have my car fixed, and even though they were extremely busy they took my car and fixed the problem. I thought the price was fair and this is the only service center I have never had a feeling they were trying to over sell what I needed. They are honest people and do great work. Thank you again for getting my car repaired so quickly! more
