I buy my items from many stores (Staples, Office Max, Office Depot, etc.). A Staples was opened down the street from me (within 1/2 mile) next to Trader Joe's. First impression is an everlasting impression...I walk in my first visit and explain how I saw a promotional advertisement on tv that I wanted to discuss, not ONE person there knew anything about it, so I left in question. I try NOT to go to that store anymore and when asked, I try and direct people to other Staples stores, where you can find someone if you have questions (rarely can you find someone), and when you ask, you get an answer, a real answer. Funny, last time I was there, there were 2 employees right next to me, just chatting away and not once did they ask if they could help me (and I was waiting for someone to ask at that time)
