Stancato's Italian Restaurant

Members of my family have used Stancato's over the years for various functions, both catered and in the restaurant. Personally, I think the food is below average, but they deliver and with lots of kids in the family, it worked. However, after the experience my daughter had today, we are done with them. She's a pharma rep and has given them SIGNIFICANT business. Today, she had 25 people waiting for lunch and they completely screwed up her order. Not only did they not rectify the situation, they were unbelievably rude to her on the phone. Imagine how she felt in front of a room full of people, all waiting for lunch. She is 5 months pregnant, and had to schlep out in the pouring rain to get Pizza Hut because Stancato's dropped the ball. This isn't the first time they've done this to her, but it will certainly be the last. Get it together, Stancato's. more

When I'm craving Italian, there's only one place I think to go and that's Stancato's. The food there is amazing, I've never been disappointed with a meal. The prices are fair and they have specials every night which I love. In my opinion, it's definitely one of the best restaurants in Cleveland. Stancato's also has an amazing happy hour, and since it's close by my work, my friends and I will meet there for appetizers and drinks. Our favorite night to go is Wednesday because it's ladies night so we take advantage of the drink specials and complimentary pizza and salad. If you haven't tried Stancato's yet, I suggest you get dinner there tonight, you'll definitely become addicted and keep going back! more

Thanks to Stancato's Italian Restaurant in Parma, I was able to host my 40th birthday party dinner recently with very little notice. Their Festivali banquet room was just the right size for all my guests and has one of the best catering services in the Cleveland, Ohio area. Thanks to the staff for meeting my needs without much notice. Bravo! more

One of my favorite Cleveland area restaurants is Stancato's. Their pasta sauces are homemade and so delicious, I especially love the Rosa Maria. I've never had a disappointing meal there and everyone who I've invited has loved it and went back. more

Stancato's in Parma has a great lunch buffet. They have a great selection, including pasta, pizza, soups, and a full salad bar. If you go to the Monday night buffet, they have one of my favorite items, the portabello ravioli with basil lobster cream sauce. That dish is absolutely fabulous! Stancato’s has a huge lunch buffet everyday (at least I think—I’ve only been there on weekdays). It’s all pretty hearty stuff. If you’re looking for good Italian food among Cleveland's area restaurants and lots of it, this is the place. There’s pasta, soup, and sandwiches. We booked are rehearsal dinner there - put down the deposit, picked out our menu, everything..\r THREE DAYS before our dinner Mary called us and said that one thing on the menu that we picked, was not even available - AND that we could not have anyone under 21 in our party because our tables were near the bar area...\r (O.K I bring my child to Applebees and there is a BAR right in the middle of the place)\r Anyways\r I was so very upset and MARY could not seem to care less. I was visiting my friends in Cleveland, and they took me to Stancato's! Wow! what a treat! I have never experienced such great service and wonderful food. I can't wait for my next visit. I travel quite often from So. New Hampshire with my boyfriend to Parma, OH. Every night that we are there, we always eat at Stancato's. As a chef myself, I can say without a doubt that this is one of the best places I have been to within my travels! Perry makes a long day very refreshing and exciting in the end!! Thanks Perry!
