Matthew and the entire staff at Square One could not be more friendly and professional. I highly recommend this place.

Worst

Very helpful and friendly but received no receipt and paid with cash. Did not realize this until I got home. I hope that the gift card works.

I have curly hair and find it difficult to get a good haircut. Faun straightened my hair to get a more precise cut. She did an excellent job. more

Great client care 10/13/2011

Love the little extras and attention to detail the salon provides. My stylist knows my hair and me so I always get a great cut. I also really like the Aveda products used. Been coming to downtown location since it opened - wouldn't go any place else. more

Once again you all amaze me! From the minute you walk in you feel teh team work and connection toservice excellence. I love the way Alan listens and then creates a look for me that is always great. had a body wrap and facial this weekend. staff was very helpful and Eric was great!! I was very disappointed with your facility... no shower, no real changing area, no sauna, I don't think you should call yourself a spa. I loved the treatments but hated leaving feeling greasy and a mess. more

Square One is my Favorite Birthday Treat! 10/5/2011

I love, love, love going to Square One! I always get a facial of some sort. Today I only had 30 minutes so I went back to the basics with the Pure Focus Facial. It was an extra special treat because it is my birthday and was so relaxing! Thanks Brent for building such a wonderful, relaxing sanctuary! Thanks Elaine for the expert facial today! In 45 minutes my hair was professionally washed, conditioned, cut and styled perfectly. The salon is beautiful, the staff are stylish and very talented. Just go, pick a service. You will not be dissapointed! more

Tessa White does a great job cutting and styling my hair. She is careful to check to see what I have in mind and then offer her suggestions. I always look forward to my appointment with her. The head massage and mini-facial she does are an added bonus to my visit. Square One is a convenient location for me and a comfortable salon. I appreciate the prompt courteous service. more

Pretty Good 9/29/2011

I really enjoyed the treatment I got from the stylist at Square One downtown. The scalp massage, shampoo, and mini facial were amazing. The haircut looks great, although I wasn't crazy with the way she styled it. I thought it didn't really show me anything interesting that my hair could do. I thought that the man who rang me out was a jerk. He rolled his eyes when I said I didn't want any product, and sighed when I said I didn't want to schedule my next appointment right then. I really hate that the people in the front are often so rude and can totally deflate the ego boost you get from a sweet new 'do. more

Beautiful nails.... 9/27/2011

Cheryl did my nails today and I am so pleased! My pink and whites are gorgeous, she was friendly, the staff was so hospitable, then even squeezed me in for an unscheduled eyebrow wax! I picked up my favorite Aveda products on my way out - Thank you to everyone at Square One... It was fantastic! more
