@ CSMOBILEUSER, You know, if you had any idea what your warranty co's rules are you would know they will only fix it if it is broken, not just making noise. I personally have dealt with your warranty company at a different shop. As far as shops go Sound Radio Inc. has, and does bend over backwards for all their customers. There are so many times when you do not get the whole story, and this is one of those times. You bought a bad car and want to blame the repair shop, suck it up and read your policy and then bitch to the warranty company about the problems. Shops have a check list of rules and people they must deal with in order to even get an approval to start a job. Like I said, your problem is with your warranty co.\r
