I've had sound radio work on about 4 of my cars.. They have always fixed the problem the first time. Nothing but good praises after 3 years. They have done major jobs such as engine swaps, brakes jobs and such..I dont like to go anywhere else more

@ CSMOBILEUSER, You know, if you had any idea what your warranty co's rules are you would know they will only fix it if it is broken, not just making noise. I personally have dealt with your warranty company at a different shop. As far as shops go Sound Radio Inc. has, and does bend over backwards for all their customers. There are so many times when you do not get the whole story, and this is one of those times. You bought a bad car and want to blame the repair shop, suck it up and read your policy and then bitch to the warranty company about the problems. Shops have a check list of rules and people they must deal with in order to even get an approval to start a job. Like I said, your problem is with your warranty co.\r \r Have a good day. more

If you are looking for EXCELLENT care and attention for your vehicle, THIS is the ONLY shop to go to! They are friendly, and they keep you updated on the status of your vehicles needs. They don't do work before calling you about it, and they always keep your budget in mind. I had my vehicle in and out in two days (it takes as long as it takes to do it right; mine is not the ONLY vehicle there) and for what my vehicle needed that was a more than reasonable turn around time. My Wrangler hasn't run so good since I bought it! Thank you Sound Radio! If/when I need service again, you can guarantee you will be seeing me! more

to make a long story short I had an extended warrenty on a vehicle that I had purchased. 18 days after the date of purchase the transmission started to fail. The warrenty stated that I had to bring the vehicle here to Sound Radio. the original estimated time of completion was quoted as 1 work week and I was told that they would be in touch with me daily as to their findings. 2 days go by and nothing I call up and they tell me that they havent had a chance to get to it yet!! the next day he calls me and says that they were unable to drive it to diagnose because he couldn't get the gas cap off!!! after explaining how gas caps work on the modern day vehicle he drove my car home that night. after hearing nothing again I call back and he tells me that there was nothing wrong with it. I gave him the codes that the engine was pulling up and he said ""OH GREAT, THANKS NOW WE CAN GET STARTED""(even though I gave him the codes when the vehicle was dropped off) at the end of the week he tells me that they added a quart of transmission fluid and changed a taillight (that i didn't ask them to do) he tells me that it is all fixed and ""runs like a dream"" i pick up the car,pay for the unauthorized taillight and gas for him to drive my car to his home overnight. get in the car, get about 4 miles down the road only to see that the problem is still indeed very active....Sound Radio is an ABSOLUTE rip off and a COMPLEETE joke. please save your money and blood pressure for that matter and steer clear of this establishment. it cost me $695.85 for a rental car for the week that they had my car just so they could learn how to work a gas cap,do unauthorized work on a taillight and drive my car to his home for the night. the also knew that the only reason we were stuck with this car is because my wifes car was stollen and then 5 days latter my kids and I were hit head on by a drunk driver with no insurance therefore leaving us with 2 car payments and no car. Sound Radio took advantage of my family at our lowest possible point....all in all an incredibly horrendous experience!!!!! thanks Sound Radio.... more

Pore customer relations made a customer keep his car there two days and did not touch it .Exchuses constanty.If you dont own a BMW or Mercedes you dont get your car worked on. Pros: no pros buisness practices suck Cons: Had me come back twice for diagnostics and didnt do. more

Over the last few years they've installed alarms in four of my vehicles. Two personal and two business box vans. They have always done a nice job and taken care of any problem that came up. I have them scheduled to put an alarm and a ""parrot"" bluetooth in my new work box van. There are a lot of choices out there for your car audio needs, but I like the thought of giving a local small business owner my money rather than a big chain store. And when (or if) there is a problem, you can talk with the person who took your order and the person who installed it! Pros: You can deal with the people responsible for your vehicle Cons: They may not have the experience with every type of device that some bigger shops do more
