From the first moment that I called Skip's Spring Service the representative was polite, and very informative. He gave me plenty of information for me to make a decision on putting the correct springs on my vehicle in order to carry the amount of weight that I am putting inside my van. Through out the process of ordering the springs, putting a deposit down and receiving the springs, the representative was always polite and very professional. When I picked up my vehicle the representative informed me that if anything feels funny or if I have a doubts or questions to please contact him or bring the vehicle in. My Toyota Sienna Van since putting on the custom springs feels just a little stiffer and is at a slight angle to what it use to be before. Nothing unbearable, if anything I like the ride better now.
