Facial 4/27/2006

Yesterday was my second visit to Skin Fitness. Ennee gave me the best facial I've ever had--and at age 51, I've had a few. She is truly a professional. Ask for Rena, you won't be disappointed! 1/30/2006

Because I tend to get knots all over my back I get massages several times a year. Rena at Skin Fitness is the best massage therapist that I've found. I'm happy to travel the extra miles just to see her! Pros: good hours, good parking, never crowded more

Alley did a great job with my hair! She was professional and friendly and listened to exactly what I wanted. I love my hair! I would highly recommend the hair salon and their rewards program is also a plus! Pros: Location, Friendly, Patient Cons: Expensive..., but worth it more

Best Spa in East Bay 10/15/2005

I loved the atmosphere of the friendly and helpful staff. They were kind in telling me about the services that they offer and they gave me a tour of the lovely spa and salon. I got my hair colored in the salon and not only was the stylists adorable, but they were so kind and made me feel special by catering to my every need. Along with my hair color I booked for a massage and the staff there were putting a lot of effort into accomidating my appointment with my shed. Great Experience! I love their hair salon. Alley is a talented hairstylist and nice too! I wish the skincare was just as great. I felt rushed during the facial and pushed to buy overpriced, average products. more

I LOVE my hair! 7/6/2005

I had been growing my hair out for a while and decided it was time to go short for the summer. Alley gave me the cutest haircut and great lowlights. It's is very easy to take care of and I get compliments everywhere I go. Alley did a great job. I would definitly refer my friends to her. more

Went back for a 2nd time for a masg. & haircut, the masg. was okay. I guess Nordstroms spoiled me & for the same price I was expecting a plush robe & foot soak. My haircut - Jenna didn't even dry my hair!She barely shampooed my hair and treated me like I was a piece of crap that she's trying to sshhoo out the door fast! I left in tears. Been to salons from Bev.Hills to SF, never been treated so rudely! We'd like to feel pretty when we go to salons, I felt like crap walking out of this place and this is supposed to be a treat for Mother's day, what a treat! I'm NEVER coming back to this place even if they gave it to me for free! The only saving grace was the mgr who tried to make things better, but the damage has been done. Pros: Convenient Cons: Rude 2nd time around more

Great Service! 3/11/2005

I called to set up a surprise for my boyfriend and the concierge staff was very helpful in assisting me in choosing the right services and seting up his special day.We ended up both coming in for massages and a tub soak. It was a wonderful day and a great surprise. The staff and the service made our day a memorable one. more

Great Spa, but beware the customer service 3/6/2005

Great mani/pedi and Kelly is fantastic with the wax, but watch out for the confirmation calls. I have been to the spa three times. Two out of the three confirmation calls have screwed up my appointments. They confirm the services and the times, but when you show up the services and/or scheduled appointments written into the appointment book is incorrect. Be sure to call yourself the day before and the day of to confirm your appointment and services you are to received; even if the Spa calls to confirm. more

They are the best for a reason! 2/24/2005

This place is absolutley wonderful! Everytime I come in for my apt there is always a front desk member who greets me with a warm smile. The ambiance and atmosphere is very relaxing and they have wonderful customer service. The facility is very clean! I have not been to a spa/salon that is consistently that clean. The knowledge of skincare and haircare is superb. They have Bumble and Bumble hair products that only a few designated salons in the state are allowed to have this product so that lets you know that they have wonderful things to offer. Check this place out- it's great. I would highly reccomend this place above others in the area! Pros: one stop shop, great customer servic, quality products Cons: only one location more

new look at massage 2/8/2005

i'v had a headach for weeks. i hadnt recvd a massage in litteraly years, and then i wasnt impressed. but i had to do something. so i saw kellie for my massage and b4 she even began she asked me questions to see what was going on with me. she immdeiately change my sweedish massage to their neck back & shoulder massge. after an hour of the best relaxion i have had in months i instantly felt no pain and i felt really loose. she instructed me on some daily exercizes and streches, and to drink alot more water. it has been over a week now and still no headach. she has informed me of how important massage was. i actually took her advise, looked up on the internet "benefits of massage" and had no idea! i made 6 future appointments to keep up this new healthly life style. more

I had a great time in a hair salon. Jenna made me feel very comfortable, and I thank her for that. She did a great job on my new look. I learned a lot about my hear and how to take care of it, but the best thing is that when I leave my house I look like I left the beauty salon:-) I heard a lot of compliments and Im loving it! more

Best Massage Ever! 1/13/2005

I recieved a Hot Stone massage from Kellie and my wife recieved an aromatherapy massage from Rena and it was just wonderful. They incoporate hot neck pillows and cold eye pillows into the massage- very soothing! I've been to many resort spas when I go on vacation and these massages where the best I have ever had. I had seen this salon while driving by and read reviews from citysearch. I agree that this place is great! I got my hair cut and styled just the way I wanted it to look. The hairdresser spent lots of time talking to me about my needs and expectations. People couldn't stop raving about my hair when I left the salon. In addition, I had some waxing done. I bought my wife a gift certificate for her birthday and their concierge staff really helped me out in choosing the right gift for her. They thoroughly explained all their services in detail and left a great impression with me. I knew my wife was going to enjoy her visit here- and she loved it! She got a full body aromatherapy masssage along with a complimentary birthday scalp massage. Overall- the combination of the professional staff and warm atmosphere makes this place the best spa/salon in this area. My wife agreed with me too! FINALLY A STYLIST WHO REALLY LISTENS TO WHAT YOU ARE ASKING FOR. I HAD AN APPOINTMENT FOR A HAIRCUT AND COLOR AND WHEN I WAS DONE MY HAIR LOOKED EXACTLY LIKE WHAT I WANTED.
