The Showplace isn't all it used to be... But for a buffalo music Icon, it's worth a venture.... Buffalo may just have a new home for the undergrounds.... Pros: Decent parking, Cheap Drinks, Great sound, Plenty of bands Cons: Grant St. more

Never going back 6/23/2005

I came for a show advertised in the paper (and online, multiple websites), paid at the door, and found out that this band was never scheduled to play. I asked for a refund from the girl at the counter, and she refused to give my money back! If you really want to come to a show here, make sure they actually booked the band before you give them your money. more
