ordered a birthday gift 79.95 went to check out papal all looked good order never shows up call customer service no help what so ever too bad so sad for me , called again to re order same thing it lets you go all the way through looking like everything is fine but no order, this is the last time i will ever use them the time be four that i paid 14.95 to guarantee delivery on a birthday 93 year old mother in law and it was delivered a day late they do not care after they have your money more

1st time order from Sharis berris was miserable. Ordered on Saturday before Valentines day. The shipping I chose was to have them delivered on Wednesday, 2 days before valentines day and 1 day before my wife left for vacation. Got the confirmation, got a shipping alert with tracking....but no berries. Emailed to find out tha they had never left the warehouse. Sorry, do you want us to ship another shipment for free? or you can have your cc credited back or gta $10 coupon. What a terrible responses....their business is the gift business. They made the delivery promise and than did not deliver. Should of sent me the order and also credited my card. No phone support, they hide behind email. BTW, the strawberries came on Saturday....they stayed ion the poarch until we arrived home on Tuesday. For 39 bucks for 6 strawberries, you would think they would be large, these were really kinda small.....and of course mushy! Would never buy from them again. more

I ordered the cheesecake trio w 6 strawberries . The cheesecake was good but the berries were so small & very disappointing , i was extremly embarassed . Next time i will go to russell stovers & get x large berries . Alot cheaper more

I purchased a 2 day delivery for my mom and mother in law for mother's day. The flowers were just ok and the strawberries were horrible. The chocolate was melted all over both package and was complete mess. The company replaced both order and then for 2nd time the order came delivered again melted, hot, and rotten I guess due to the amount of time its was on the FED EX truck. I recommend that you use a local company for that special day to insure that your love one receives a fresh, nice and thoughtful surprise. more

don't waste your money-the chocolate is tasteless and strawberries even worse. Not worth the horrendous price for shipping! more

live in nj sent to mom in fl for valentimes day they never arrived no phone call no e-mail they told me they would refund my 4.99 guarenteed delivery. big deal embarrassing. never again ill grow my own more

I Ordered 12 strawberries and brownie pops for valentines day. Here were no brownie pops in box and the strawberries were all broken and juice all over the box. They did offer to resend or refund. Unfortunately valentines day only comes once a year so they blew it big time. Never again would I order !!! more

Very Disappointed I am very disappointed in the package I received today. I ordered 24 fancy strawberries. When they arrived, 2 chocolate shells were cracked, the absorbent pad under each strawberry was damp and stained red. It was though the strawberries were losing their juice! By the way, the weather in the northeast for the past several days has been between 20 and 30 degrees. They should have not made the absorbent pad damp and stained "strawberry red." The size of the strawberries were variable; some were HUGE and some were very small in comparison. Also many of the strawberries such as coconut and nuts were unevenly covered. There was a "bald spot" on each strawberry. I called, complained and received a refund but I would rather have had the strawberries to bring to a Christmas party this evening. I had to go to an edible delight shop at the last minute. more

I sent a dozen strawberries to my mother for her birthday. Was soooo disappointed to find out that although the berries were good, the chocolate coating was waxy and had no flavor. I've heard about this place on the radio and am so embarassed to have sent a crappy gift. It cost me over $40 dollars with shipping- I was expecting a much better product for that price! more

Shari's Berries is one of those speciality gourmet shops where you look at the selection, think it looks exquisitely presented, and then wonder if it's really worth the expensive price tag. It definitely is! These gifts are always VERY well received, and they are of the highest quality. I'm not a huge fan of chocolate covered strawberries myself, but when my sister got a box from her boyfriend and offered me one, I wasn't going to turn it down...it was the best ever! I never even knew something could be so good! more

Shari started locally, and you can find her all over Sacramento. It's quite a treat to have a Shari's berry! It's a little pricey, but the appeance of the berry alone is worth it. Each piece is hand dipped and decorated, and they even do weddings. They dip other fruits, but you have to have the strawberry. Make sure you call way ahead of time for Valentine's day! more

This is by far the best invention every made - chocolate-covered strawberries. Every bite, you savor the delicious homemade chocolate-covered strawberries from this awesome place. I have tried many of my own homemade chocolate-covered strawberries, but these are no match! I highly reccommend this Gourmet Strawberry store to anyone seeking a rich chocolate strawberry! Sheri started in Sacramento, and I can remember reading articles about her pretty far back about her new business. Her berries are really good, and the best that I've ever tasted. They are a bit pricey, but when you've received Sheri's Berries, you know that someone cares a lot about you. They take orders over the phone, and prices vary depending on the season. more

She makes the most amazingly great tasting chocolate covered strawberries. The presentation is always great and makes for a wonderful gift for your wife, girlfriend or mother. My husband gave me a box of these for my birthday and I was very impressed with the quality of the strawberries and the chocolate. It is amazing! more
