When I walked in, no body said hello, mind you, there were 3 receptionist sitting behind the desk. My name was not on the appointment books and I was told that I was supposed to have called back.. This was not true.. So basically, the fact that someone dropped the ball on my appt. became my fault. When Dawn B. came out to greet me, she decided she had no idea that I was coming in and only had about 45 minutes to take care of my trim and partial highlight as she had another client coming in soon. She also made it clear that it was my fault I was not on the appt. book. Crazy!! I was beside myself. She never smiled at me or talked to me throughout the entire 40 minute service, as though she was mad at me. After she had cleared up the misunderstanding and found out that, I indeed did call and make the appt. Dawn never once apologized for the mistake. She finished my hair because her next client was there and my hair was still wet. So instead of leaving with wet hair I dried it myself.. She had the nerve to charge me $140 for unfinished work.. And when I questioned the price to the receptionist, Terry, she had the nerve to say, "well you offered to blow your own hair dry".. CRAZY!!! Who talks to clients this way..
And what does she think she is a Doctor.. $140 for 40 minutes of unfinished work..They were rude, called me a liar and said I was supposed to call back to confirm the appt. which was not true and later confirmed and then treat me like a jerk and charge me like I had Botox. When I called to talk to the owner the listened but never did anything... So here I am.. DON'T GO TO THIS SALON... end of Story... you had to be there..
