This company cancelled a confirmed appointment 3 hours prior to the scheduled window with no explanation for the cancellation. My husband took a day off to be here for the tech only to find out that they cancelled last minute. When speaking to Tiffany (client service rep) about speaking to a supervisor about this matter, she stated there was none available until the next day. Yet when we called back 5 minutes later and spoke to another person at the company, he stated there were 2 supervisors present and we could talk to them if we hold. When we requested for them to just contact the next day regarding this matter, James (the other rep) stated he would email Brandon (the main supervisor) and forward him our file and complaint. And promised he would call us back by noon the next day. And James also stated he would schedule for a tech to come to our house on Saturday. Yet when by noon we still did not recieve a call, my husband called Brandon specifically only to find out that he never recieved the email and that no schduled appt was made for us on Saturday. This has been a very frustrating experience and we would rather pay extra to have another company fix our issue with our garage door. Beware of their cusotmer service.
