I have ABSOLUTELY NO COMPLAINTS about Dr. Roane. She has years of experience, she listens to your needs, and she is very professional in everything that she does. She is friendly and a very hard worker and that is only part of what makes her such a good doctor. \r
I have seen other reviews where people have complained about the wait time so I want to address that first. First of all, what Dr.'s office have you been to where you don't have to wait for service. If you have been to one please let me know! And if there is no wait, then I wonder why??? Maybe that doctor is not as good and that is the reason they don't have many patients and you don't have to wait. Secondly, people need to respect the fact that they are not the only patient that Dr. Roane provides medical care for and if the wait is long, it is not her fault because she probably had an emergency with another patient or was coming from seeing a patient at the hospital. Everyone these days seems to have this ""I want it and I want it now"" mentality and it needs to stop! \r
Another review that I want to address is a complaint about the office staff not being on point. Stop giving them a hard way to go! They do the best job that they can and everyone gets backed up every once in a while. They are humans too and everyone makes mistakes. People need to respect their feelings too. \r
Lastly, I have noticed some complaints about their phone system. I asked about that myself when I went to visit. They previously had a phone system where they would miss a whole lot of calls because they couldn't get every single call. So in an effort to be more efficient, they switched to a phone system that could handle such a high call volume. This allows them to answer the phone when they aren't busy with helping another patient but also allows them not miss anything when they aren't able to get to the phone right away so that way nothing important is missed or looked over. They usually get back to you within the day or the next business day with the exeption of weekends, holidays, and staff vacations (which is expected at any institution that you call). People are making a mountain out of a molehill about everything in these reviews and it is COMPLETELY UNNECESSARY!\r
I RECOMMEND DR. ROANE TO ANYONE WHO NEEDS A GYNECOLOGIST!!!!!!! : )
