2 years ago, I bought a house 2-3 blocks from this store, so I thought it'd be a good idea to use their pharmacy. I loved the idea of the drive thru, since I am frequently strapped for time (ok, I'm a bit lazy too.) However, this is not a place you want to get your prescription filled if you expect drop off and pickup to take less than 30 minutes each. Every time I have been in there in the past few months (I've had to go in multiple times because the drive thru was CLOSED! Already inconvenient!) I've had to stand in a line of 6+ annoyed customers. They always only wait on one person at a time, even if that person is having problems (yesterday it was an issue of them giving a woman the wrong drug! Yikes!) After waiting in line for 15 minutes, I decided that I had had it with this store. I will not pick up this prescription- instead I had it transferred... hopefully to a store with better customer service.
